Settings

The Settings section in DxConnect allows administrators to configure how the Virtual Assistant behaves and interacts with users. It includes modules such as AI Settings, Agent Settings, Human Handoff, Widget, LLM, and others, enabling you to:

  • Define the assistant's role, tone, and scope of operation
  • Set up conversation flows and transition logic
  • Customize the embedded chat interface for websites
  • Collect and manage user information
  • Export data and track usage history

This section serves as the control center for tailoring the assistant's behavior to match your business goals and user experience requirements.
