Overview

AI Settings define how your Virtual Assistant thinks, communicates, and behaves. These settings directly impact user experience—review them carefully before deployment.

Basic Configuration

AI Name

  • Purpose: Sets the display name of the assistant.

  • Guidelines:

    • The name must be unique within the system.
    • Should reflect your brand or use case.

AI Business Context

  • Purpose: Provides business rules and context.

  • Benefits:

    • Helps the AI distinguish between services, user types, or workflows.
    • Enables more accurate responses.

Example:

  • Standard Salon: Walk-in customers.
  • VIP Salon: Appointment-only service. The AI should respond differently based on the user's needs.

AI Description

  • Purpose: Describes the assistant’s role and scope.

  • Suggested Format:

    1. Primary function
    2. Supported features

Response Settings

Reply Length

LevelDescription
Short1–2 sentence replies. Ideal for fast-paced exchanges or answering simple FAQ-style questions. Not recommended for situations where detailed explanations are needed (e.g., product descriptions).
NormalThe default length. Balanced and informative; appropriate for most user interactions.
LongerExtended responses. Suitable for open-ended recommendations, brainstorming, or step-by-step instructions. Best used in creative or advisory use cases.

Tip: Choose a length that fits your customer interaction style.

Emoji Usage

  • Enable: For casual, friendly tone (e.g., education, lifestyle).
  • Disable: For formal or professional use cases (e.g., finance, legal).

Bot Style

  • Sets tone and language style.

  • Examples:

    • Friendly: For informal or youth-facing audiences.
    • Professional: B2B and corporate environments.
    • Humorous: If aligned with your brand personality.
