Leads
The Leads tab is a centralized area where all user information collected during chatbot interactions is stored and displayed. This feature is essential for tracking customer engagement, qualifying leads, and integrating collected data into your business workflows.
Key Functions

Display Collected User Data: Each entry in the Leads tab represents a user who has interacted with the chatbot. It includes all relevant information extracted during the conversation.

Auto-Populated from Gather Information: If the Gather Information feature is enabled in the Settings, the system will automatically extract and display the fields you have configured, such as:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Any custom fields (e.g., age, interests, profession, preferences, etc.)
→ These fields will appear in the Leads tab after each successful interaction where the chatbot collects that data.

Dynamic Based on Configuration: The information shown here is entirely dependent on your configuration in the Gather Information section.
Display Condition
- This tab only displays data if Gather Information is enabled in the Settings.
- No data will be collected or shown here if that setting is turned off.
Use Cases
- Lead Qualification: Assess user interest and potential value based on collected details.
- Customer Follow-up: Provide personalized service or support based on prior data.
- Internal Handoff: Export or sync lead data to your CRM, sales, or support teams for action.
