Overview
DxConnect's Builder offers two distinct approaches to chatbot development:
- Basic Flow: A visual workflow builder for creating rule-based chatbots with predefined conversation paths
- Agent Flow: An AI-powered builder for creating intelligent agents that can handle complex, dynamic conversations
How to Switch Between Modes
To switch between Basic Flow and Agent Flow modes, simply click on the mode selector button located at the top of the Builder interface. You can easily toggle between the two modes depending on your chatbot requirements.
